Vinification: cement and then in wood

Refinement: on the noble lees for four months, then placed in oak barriques used for two years and then in the bottle.

Color: intense ruby red with garnet reflections

Nose: herbaceous and spicy tones soon replaced by liquorice and undergrowth with light toasted notes

Taste: great softness and persistence with an excellent alcohol content that supports the body of the wine, refined tannins that highlight its freshness.

Pairings: It stylishly accompanies first courses with rich sauces and braised meats. Perfect as a reading wine with dark chocolate.
