 Aging: on the noble lees for four months and in the bottle for at least two years.

 Color: intense ruby red with purple reflections.

 Smell: herbaceous and spicy hints, aromas of tobacco and pepper leaves can be perceived, intense and persistent.

 Taste: great softness with excellent alcohol content supported by excellent tannins that highlight its freshness.

 Pairings: Perfect with cold cuts appetizers, rich first courses or with grilled and braised meats.

Soft and spicy, with notes of tobacco and pepper. Excellent with cured meats, rich first courses and grilled meats.
