Philosophy

A natural balance,
from the vineyard to the bottle
Our philosophy comes from a deep respect for the land and time. We believe that making wine means accompanying nature, not dominating it. Every choice, every gesture, every expectation is guided by the desire to offer an authentic, healthy product that is deeply linked to our territory.
We want every bottle to tell our story:
that of a small reality that believes in work done well, in respecting nature and in wine as an expression of a place and of those who live there every day.
In the Vineyard
We work according to the principles of Integrated Pest Management, a sustainable method that minimizes the use of chemicals. We avoid insecticides thanks to sexual confusion, we do not use chemical herbicides and we rely on mechanical soil processing.
During veraison, when the bunches begin to color, we practice targeted thinning: a careful work that allows us to harvest healthy, ripe grapes, rich in expression. Respect for the balance of the ecosystem is a priority for us: only in this way can we obtain quality raw materials, the true basis of every good wine.
In the Cellar
Ours is one of the smallest cellars on Lake Garda, renovated in 2020 while maintaining the original charm of a seventeenth-century stone farmhouse, with vaulted ceilings that guarantee an ideal temperature for aging.
In just 40 square meters we work with artisanal care and modern technologies. The grapes, harvested exclusively by hand, are vinified in such a way as to enhance their original characteristics: natural fermentation, long permanence on the noble lees and no use of products of animal origin. Our wines are vegan, with a very low sulphite content and a strong territorial identity.
