We are in Pozzolengo, among the morainic hills overlooking Lake Garda: a border landscape, where the earth changes color with each season and time seems to slow down.
Here, every row holds the memory of peasant work, every clod breathes the soul of the wine that will be.
It is a land that speaks softly, but with a sincere voice it smells of hay and must, of clean wind and stone warmed by the sun. Antico Gelso is the fruit of this balance: a place where nature dictates the rhythm and the hands follow, with respect and passion.
Every bottle is a story, every sip a promise kept.
It is craftsmanship, authenticity, love for the territory.
It's our way of saying that things done well… still have a lot to say.
The breath of Garda,
the heart of the vineyard
Lake Garda is much more than a suggestive backdrop: it is a silent and precious ally that shapes the character of our wines. Its presence profoundly influences the microclimate of the morainic hills, making it mild, breezy and extraordinarily balanced.
The breezes that rise from the waters and caress the rows protect the vines from excesses, dry the humidity and accompany the ripening of the bunches. The temperature variations between day and night favor the development of aromas, enhancing freshness, elegance and complexity.
It is a rare balance, made of reflected light, clean air and gentle seasons. Thanks to Garda, each vintage brings with it a unique signature: that of a generous territory, where nature and wine walk together, step by step.
