Vinification:
The must ferments in contact with the skins until the end of the alcoholic fermentation in cement barrels at a controlled temperature. After racking, the wine continues its refinement in steel tank and once it reaches the desired maturation, preparation for bottling follows.

Organoleptic characteristics:
At sight: clear with an intense ruby red color with violet reflections that testify to its youth and freshness. Excellent consistency with a nice concentration of arches that are synonymous of great fullness. Herbaceous and spicy hints on the nose. The nose immediately perceives aromas of tobacco and pepper leaves, intense, persistent and extremely balanced. On the palate there is a great softness with an excellent alcohol content supported by excellent tannins that enhance its freshness. It is an excellent wine with salami appetizers, first courses with rich sauces or with grilled and braised meats.
